El Tuito

El Tuito is a small picturesque town thirty miles south (45-60 minute drive) of downtown Puerto Vallarta and has a population of 3500. In Nahuatle, a pre-hispanic language, El Tuito means 'beautiful small valley'. The main square,Plaza de Armas is the heart of the town and there are numerous restaurants to enjoy a traditional Mexican meal. Be sure to visit San Pedro Apostle Parish
