To celebrate my birthday, Sam took me to one of my favourite restaurants in Puerto Vallarta, Café des Artistes. After a pre-dinner cocktail in the lounge area, we were seated in the beautiful walled garden that delights all of the senses. The meal was delicious and we witnessed a romantic proposal.
