In San Luis Potosi, we stayed at the Encore Hotel which is a Ramada hotel. We were pleasantly surprised with, not only how new the hotel is but it's unique style of decorating. Prior to our departure the next morning, we enjoyed an delicious breakfast and noticed that the dining room was filled with international travellers.
