The Malecon is vibrant on Monday evening, between Christmas and New Years Eve. People have come to see the fireworks displays, go to one of the many clubs or restaurant, take in a free show at the outdoor theatre, eat some street vendor food or simply be part of the action. The energy is contagious, the music is booming and the colours are bright.
